1. What the PC licence is

The PC licence is a perpetual non-exclusive right to use the “LiLi AI Terminal” software on one computer owned by or at the disposal of the buyer. The LiLi device, the LiLi OS operating system and servicing of the computer are not included.

The licence costs 1499.99 USDT on the website, 30% less when paid in LiLi Coin. The licence is also sold by the platform’s agents at their own price.

Terminal updates are released when ready and installed by the built-in updater. The platform is not obliged to release updates on any particular schedule or with any particular content.

2. One computer

On first launch the licence is bound to the computer’s hardware ID. It works on that one computer only. It cannot be installed on a second computer or transferred to another person.

Reinstalling the terminal or Windows/Linux on the same computer is unrestricted as long as the hardware ID does not change.

• Moving the licence to another computer, including after replacing the disk or motherboard, is done only by platform support, for a fee of 10 USDT. The request is filed by the buyer or their agent.
• Self-service unbinding of a computer is not available for the PC licence.
• The platform may refuse a move if there are signs of resale or transfer of the licence.

3. The buyer’s computer is the buyer’s responsibility

The computer on which the terminal is installed is neither supplied nor serviced by the platform. The buyer alone is responsible for its condition, for meeting the system requirements, for the installed operating system and for all other software on it.

The platform is not liable for conflicts or failures caused by the operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.), drivers, system updates, antivirus software, firewalls, other software of the buyer or their settings, nor for data loss or damage on the buyer’s computer.

The platform does not provide remote servicing, configuration or repair of the buyer’s computer.

4. Software “as is”

The terminal is provided “as is”. The platform guarantees only that the licence number is valid, that it activates the terminal on one computer and that the current build is available.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation on any hardware, that the terminal meets the buyer’s expectations, or any trading result.

5. Buying from an agent

An agent sells the licence in their own name and sets the price themselves. The platform is not a party to the contract between the agent and the buyer.

First-line help for the buyer — advice, installation and compatibility help, refunds and payment disputes — is provided by the agent who sold the licence. Requests to the platform on these matters are redirected to the agent.

Refunds for a licence bought from an agent are decided by the agent. The platform does not refund such a licence to the buyer: it did not receive the buyer’s payment.

6. The licence number

The licence number and the personal link give access to the licence without registration. Keep them secret: whoever activates the number first takes the computer slot.

The buyer bears the risk of losing, disclosing or passing on the number. Recovery and moves go through the agent or platform support under section 2.

7. Trading risks

The terminal is a trading automation tool. It does not guarantee profit. Trading decisions, settings and the choice of exchange are the buyer’s, and the buyer bears all market risks.

Exchange API keys are stored only on the buyer’s computer and are never sent to the platform. The platform is not liable for exchange actions, connectivity failures, exchange account restrictions or trading losses.

8. Limitation of liability

In any event the platform’s total liability to the buyer is limited to the amount the platform actually received for this licence. The platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss.

9. Revocation

The licence may be revoked without compensation if the buyer attempts to bypass protection, runs the terminal on several computers, distributes the build or resells the number. A licence obtained fraudulently is also revoked.

10. Acceptance

The buyer accepts these terms by ticking the box on the personal link page, in the installer or at checkout. The date, address and text version are recorded. The terminal cannot be downloaded without acceptance.
