Agent agreement
Terms for agents who buy PC licences from the platform and resell them in their own name.
Updated: 2026-10-09
1. Subject
The agent buys PC licences for the LiLi AI terminal from the platform — singly and wholesale — and resells them in their own name and at their own expense.
A user becomes an agent once the platform owner approves their application. The agreement is concluded when the agent accepts it in their account; the version and date of acceptance are recorded.
2. Agent status
The agent is an independent party. The agent is not an employee, representative or authorised person of the platform and may not undertake obligations on its behalf.
The agent may state that they sell LiLi AI licences but may not pose as the platform or use its name, logo or domain in a way that makes buyers take the agent for LiLi.
3. The price and its confidentiality
The licence price for the agent — per unit and for wholesale quantities — is set by the platform individually for each agent. The agent has no percentages, commissions or discounts off retail: they pay exactly the price assigned to them. Paying in LiLi Coin is 30% less than that price.
The platform may change the price. Orders already paid keep the previous price.
The agent’s price is confidential. The agent undertakes not to disclose it to third parties, including other agents. A breach is grounds for suspending or terminating the agreement.
The agent sets the price for their own buyers.
4. Payment and stock
An order is paid in full in USDT or LiLi Coin. Licences appear in the agent’s stock once the payment is confirmed.
Purchased licences are non-refundable. If a licence does not work for a technical reason on the platform’s side and has not been activated, the platform will replace it.
5. Agent obligations to buyers
The agent is solely responsible to their buyers: advice, installation and compatibility help, refunds and payment disputes.
Before a sale the agent must make the PC licence terms known to the buyer — above all: the licence works on one computer, the computer and its software are the buyer’s responsibility, and moving to another computer goes through support for a fee.
- Pass the number or personal link only to the buyer of that licence.
- Never sell one number twice, and mark in the account who each licence was sold to.
- Do not promise income or guarantee trading profit.
- Do not distribute terminal builds other than through the platform’s personal links.
- Do not sell licences where the law prohibits it.
6. Support and moves
The agent is the buyers’ first line of support. The platform helps the agent in the account support chat.
Moving a licence to another computer is done only by platform support, for a fee of 10 USDT. The agent does not move licences themselves.
7. Security
The licence number is the licence. The agent must enable two-factor protection; without it buying and revealing numbers is closed. Every reveal is logged.
The agent is responsible for keeping the numbers in their stock safe. A number leaked through the agent’s fault is not replaced.
8. Suspension and termination
The platform may suspend or terminate work with an agent for breach of this agreement, disclosure of the price, buyer complaints or signs of fraud.
Licences already activated by the agent’s buyers keep working after termination — except in cases of fraud. Unactivated licences in stock may be revoked in case of breach.
9. Liability
The platform’s liability to the agent is limited to the amount the agent paid for the licences concerned. The platform is not liable for the agent’s lost profit.
The agent compensates the platform for losses caused by the agent’s breach of this agreement, including claims by the agent’s buyers.
10. Changes
This agreement may be updated. For new purchases the agent accepts the current version in the account; orders already paid are fulfilled on the previous terms.
