1. Subject of the agreement

This document is a public offer. By placing an order on the website you accept its terms in full.

The subject of the agreement is the supply of the LiLi AI Device hardware-software bundle — a LiLi-made device with the LiLi OS operating system, a built-in trading terminal and a perpetual licence for it — and, when such versions are available to order, the right to use the LiLi AI terminal on the user’s own device on a per-day basis.

Terms of additional customer services are published in your account and form part of this offer for those who use them.

2. Product and price

LiLi AI Device is supplied with the LiLi OS operating system, a built-in terminal and a perpetual licence for it. It costs 1500 USDT. Payment is accepted in USDT and in LiLi Coin (Solana network); the coin amount is calculated at the rate at the time of order and shown before payment. Paying in LiLi Coin gives a 30% discount. An accredited partner code may grant an additional discount within limits agreed with us.

A perpetual licence is not sold without the device. Previously purchased licences remain valid on their original terms. Per-day LiLi AI versions (Spot, Futures) are paid only in LiLi Coin: the fee is charged from the balance for each day of operation, and the price is published on the website before sales start.

• The amount is locked for a 15–30 minute payment window.
• The LiLi AI licence is perpetual and bound to a single device hardware ID.
• Moving to another device is self-service a limited number of times, after that via support.
• Wholesale supply from three bundles is agreed via support and formalised in a separate contract.

3. Payment and delivery

The bundle is paid in full when the order is placed. There is no deposit and no payment on delivery.

Delivery timing and method, including outside Russia, are agreed with the buyer in the support chat in their account.

The right to use the software is granted together with the device: the licence appears in your account when the bundle ships.

• If the buyer cancels the order before assembly begins, the payment is refunded in full.
• After assembly begins, refunds follow the refund policy.

4. How access is granted

The LiLi AI licence and activation key appear in your account when the bundle ships.

Installers and updates are distributed only through your account via one-time links with a limited lifetime.

Access to additional customer services is granted in your account after payment.

5. User obligations

The user undertakes not to share account access with third parties, not to attempt to bypass licence restrictions and not to use the services for unlawful purposes.

Breach of these terms is grounds for revoking the licence and blocking the account without a refund.

6. Liability and risks

LiLi AI is a trading automation tool. It does not guarantee profit. Trading decisions are made by the user, who bears all market risk.

The service is not liable for losses caused by market movements, exchange actions, internet outages on the user side or incorrect terminal configuration.

7. Final provisions

This offer may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the date of change.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner provided by applicable law.
