Acceptable use policy

1. Purpose of the products

LiLi AI is built to automate the user's own trading. Additional customer services are for the purposes described in their terms. Any other use is outside the agreement.

2. Prohibited actions

Using our products for any of the following is prohibited.

• Any activity that breaks applicable law.
• Attacks on third-party infrastructure: DDoS, port scanning, intrusion, brute force.
• Spam and phishing.
• Distributing malware.
• Distributing material exploiting minors.
• Attempts to bypass licence restrictions, reverse engineering and reselling access without a partner agreement.

3. Consequences of a breach

On a confirmed breach access is blocked immediately, licences and keys are revoked, and no refund is given. The block is recorded in the audit log.

4. Handling complaints

We review substantiated abuse complaints and provide only the information we actually hold.
