1. Subject of the agreement

This document is a public offer. By placing an order on the site you accept its terms in full.

The agreement covers the right to use the LiLi AI software under a perpetual licence, and access to the LiLi VPN service for the term of the selected plan.

2. Products and pricing

LiLi AI is a trading terminal that runs on your own device. The price is fixed at 500 USDT and is paid in LiLi Coin or in roubles at the USDT→RUB rate captured when the order is created.

LiLi VPN is a subscription to a network of servers. Price and device count depend on the chosen plan.

• Exchange rates are locked for a 15–30 minute payment window.
• The LiLi AI licence is perpetual and bound to a single device hardware identifier.
• You may move the licence to another device a limited number of times; after that support handles it.

3. How access is granted

Entitlements are issued automatically once payment is confirmed. The licence and activation key appear in your account and the VPN subscription activates immediately.

Builds are distributed only through your account via one-time links with a short lifetime.

4. Your obligations

You agree not to share account access, not to circumvent licence restrictions and not to use the services for unlawful activity.

Breaching these terms is grounds for revoking the licence and blocking the account without a refund.

5. Liability and risk

LiLi AI is a trading automation tool. It does not guarantee profit. Trading decisions and all market risk remain with you.

We are not liable for losses caused by market movements, exchange behaviour, connectivity problems on your side or incorrect terminal configuration.

6. Final provisions

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under applicable law.
